The next
2nd Friday Acoustical Music Circle is March 11, 2016 from 6 - 9 p.m. in the
library’s community room. Occasionally, members from the following regional
bands drop by to jam with the locals: The Coleman Brothers, Denim Grass, The
Backroad Band, Highway 852, The Hubbard Family and The Massat Family. Acoustical

Since
1911, our nation has recognized March as National Women’s History Month. Near
the library’s checkout desk is a media display to honor many women who have
shaped America’s history and its future through their public service and
government leadership. March is also National Craft Month, so for hobbyists and
do-it-yourselfers, the library now offers these TexShare® Databases: Hobbies
& Crafts Reference Center, Home Improvement Reference Center, Small
Engine Repair Reference Center. Call or stop by to learn more about these
and many other databases.
Special
thanks extend to Kay Robinson for her donation of a Time magazine
subscription, and to Ken and Margo Massat for donating a one-year subscription
to Citizen magazine.
