It is a time for extra celebration as the Quitman Public Library has received the Achievement of Library Excellence Award from the Texas Municipal Library Directors Association. The award will be presented by a TML representative at the Quitman City Council Meeting on Thursday, April 19 at 5:30 p.m. The public is invited.
